The ones that teach us something worth sharing become a \u003cb\u003eRoasted\u003c\/b\u003e release. Some might confirm what we already know. Others might challenge long-held assumptions about roasting. \u003cstrong\u003eThat's part of the fun.\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003eWe're not trying to prove there's one perfect roast. We're simply curious enough to keep cooking, tasting, learning and occasionally sharing the results. \u003cstrong\u003eAfter all, great coffee doesn't begin in the roastery.\u003c\/strong\u003e It begins with exceptional producers. This release revisited the same coffee through a new roast profile, while staying true to the work of Farm Manager \u003cb\u003eTianCai\u003c\/b\u003e.\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003eAt the time, Beau was continuing to experiment with different coffees and roasting approaches alongside our regular production.
