For more than a year, Larry’s in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, has offered Rabbit Hole Roasters coffee as part of its curated retail selection.

Over time, what began as a wholesale relationship grew into a new project: the launch of Larry’s Drip, their own private-label coffee. We collaborated on custom labels and packaging to help bring the idea to life.

It's one of our favourite kinds of partnerships, one that grows naturally, creating new opportunities along the way.

Victor Rose Espresso Bar is a mother-and-daughter-owned shop in Pointe-Claire Village. They have a primary relationship with a Fair Trade roaster, but they carry our retail bags and we feature on their bar from time to time. Our relationship goes back a long way. Last year, we hosted a manual brewing workshop together in their West Island space.

Dough EV in London, Ontario, is a long-term wholesale partner that orders from us regularly. This past February, we collaborated on our first community event together: a Coffee & DJ event. We provided the coffee in-kind for the night, bringing together music and specialty coffee for their local crowd.

We generally avoid subscription services because we run our own and the margins are small. However, we made an exception for Doppio, an Indigenous-owned local subscription service that highlights Canadian specialty roasters. This year, we are building a private-label collaboration with them. We designed custom labels for their light/medium, dark, and adventurous roasts, giving them a steady revenue stream rather than relying solely on a rotating roster.
